That’s why if you’re an online entrepreneur, or you’re thinking about becoming one, I’ve compiled this list of websites that can make your entrepreneurial journey a lot smoother.

They will help you avoid the mistakes I made as a solopreneur and save countless hours of trying out different software.

Testimonials are very important if you’re selling something online.

As the name suggests, this website lets you get testimonials from your customers with ease

You can collect text and video testimonials from your customers with no need for a developer or website hosting.

Best features:

  • A dedicated landing page.
  • Adding testimonials to your website with no coding.
  • A dashboard to manage all testimonials.
  • Metric dashboard to see how video testimonials are performing.
  • Ad-free hosting for each video.
  • Ability to customise the domain of your testimonial page.

Notion is a powerful and flexible tool that helps you organize your work, school, and personal life

You can use it to create to-do lists, track projects, take notes, structure databases, and much more.

Some large online businesses and YouTube channels are run entirely from Notion.

  • There are countless Notion communities online that share many useful Notion templates that you can download and use for free.

What’s great with Notion is that the free plan is going to be enough for 90% of the users

The only reason to upgrade from the personal plan is if your storage runs out and you want to upload files directly to Notion.

This website is an AI content writing tool

The way it works is you give it a sentence about what you want to write about and it’ll use artificial intelligence to write that text for you.

If your online business involves creating content of any kind, this website could save you countless hours of copywriting and brainstorming ideas.

Best features:

  • Writes blog posts.
  • Writes YouTube video descriptions.
  • Writes emails. 
  • Writes social media posts.
  • You can add keywords for it to include in the text.
  • You can make Rytr rewrite the sentences that it already wrote.
  • You can expand upon one of the sentences that it wrote and turn it into a paragraph.

This website looks and feels like Notion.

And I feel like not including them on this list wouldn’t do justice to new online entrepreneurs.

Quillbot.com – paraphrasing tool. This site can also scan your writing and alert you to any errors in grammar, spelling, punctuation, word misuse, and more.

Shopify.com – e-commerce platform. This website lets you set up an online store in seconds whether you’re selling digital or physical products. It’s widely used for dropshipping.

Jasper.ai – AI copywriting tool similar to RytrIt can write YouTube video scripts, blog posts, cold emails, and more. 

Webflow – this website lets you make custom, professional websites in a completely visual canvas with no code.
